Barclays Eagle Labs are a community resource that offer a range of resources including co-working space, expert mentoring, training workshops, a fully-equipped 'MakerSpace' to support rapid prototype development, and private office space for scale up businesses.
The Isle of Man Eagle Lab will offer 5000 square feet of colloborative working space for individuals, businesses, community groups and schools. In the Isle of Man you'll find the standard rate of corporate income tax at 0%, the rate of tax on income from land and property at 20% and with the benefits of the Key Employee Concession, the Isle of Man could be an ideal place for you and your business to call home.
