The Tier 1 (Investor) visa was a route for high net worth individuals to make a substantial financial investment in the Isle of Man, with a minimum requirement of £2m investment. This route has now closed to new applications.
This route has now been closed all new applicants in both the UK and Isle of Man.
The Tier 1 (Investor) route was for high net worth individuals making a substantial financial investment to the Isle of Man. It allowed individuals who had at least £2,000,000 in investment funds to stay in the Isle of Man, along with family members, for up to 3 years and 4 months with the options to extend or settle.
Current holders of a Tier 1 (Investor) visa may continue to apply on this visa route through to settlement.
