Our Client seeks a Customer Consultant to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Manage all customer requests in a confident and proactive manner. Focusing on meeting all their needs, going the extra mile to offer a helpful and friendly service. Take every opportunity to build beneficial relationships, Support a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement to the benefit of the customer, Use the knowledge attained to pre-empt customer expectations, Ensure accurate and timely processing of all Customer queries in accordance with departmental procedures, Uses knowledge to assist peers to effectively deal with customer queries, Identify improvements to departmental procedures in line with Lean Service principles, Seen as a primary user within Business unit, Assist and supports others to facilitate multi-functional query handling. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience and evidence of operating in a Customer Services environment, Relevant experience, Project work Involvement, Considering or continuing relevant professional examinations ie; CFP, ACI and NVQs.
