Our client seeks a Payment Processor to join their busy team. Working primarily within a Processing Team your role will involve processing customer instructions efficiently and accurately while adhering to process guidelines and controls. Key Skills and Experience: Experience in dealing with a wide range of people in a customer services / relationship management environment, Effective oral & written communication skills, Ability to work as part of a team and to adapt to new situations and to use initiative, Proactive in query and complaints management ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction.
