Our Client seeks a Secretary to join their busy team providing dedicated administrative and secretarial support to the business. The role will be varied and fast-paced. Role and Responsibilities Working within a small team, the duties will include (but are not limited to): Copy and audio typing, Drafting documents , Diary management, Scanning of documents, Electronic and paper file management, Invoice preparation and processing, Answering the telephone and directing calls to appropriate person; taking details messages if required, Providing refreshments in the boardroom including organizing lunches and drinks, Sorting mail and receiving packages including processing DHL couriers. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a fast paced environment would be an advantage, Must be able to multitask, Excellent communication skills required, Committed to providing first class customer service, Ability to respect confidentiality.
