The main responsibility will be organising staff & client rotas on a daily basis and organising staff training. Be first point of contact for visitors & callers to our office. Undertake administrative duties to ensure the efficient running of the office such as petty cash, setting up new employee/client records, preparing brochures and stationary orders and other admin duties. Hours: 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday. Successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience working in a similar role. You must be able to work under pressure, be flexible and have a keen eye for detail.
