Are you a dedicated Dental Therapist who’s passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in patients’ lives? Quay Dental is looking for a motivated, forward-thinking individual to join our close-knit team in the heart of Douglas, overlooking the marina.

With state-of-the-art equipment including intra-oral scanners, digital design software, 3D printing, EMS Airflow, and microscopy, you’ll have everything you need to provide the very best clinical outcomes. At Quay Dental, we believe in a therapy-led approach to maintenance and prevention, with our Dental Therapists playing a vital role in the patient journey. You’ll be empowered to deliver a wide range of treatments within your scope, from hygiene therapy using EMS Airflow to restorative work and scanning for monitoring or treatment planning. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of Clinicians, including our current Therapist, who share a commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centred care.

We’re ideally looking for a full-time Dental Therapist, but would be happy to consider part-time for the right person. We’re also open to hearing from exceptional Hygienists who are passionate about their role and eager to contribute to a progressive, patient-focused practice.
