Senior Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and dedicated Senior Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality operations at Kings’ House. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of hands-on management experience across multiple hotel and tourism departments, with a strong track record in guest satisfaction, operations efficiency, and team leadership.
This is a full-time position, requiring availability 6 days a week including Sundays, with one day off during the week (midweek). You will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving revenue through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
*Oversee and coordinate all daily hotel operations, including reservations, front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
*Implement structured processes for procurement, site inspections, and property maintenance.
*Lead compliance and safety audits to ensure the highest standards are consistently met.

Guest Experience & Relations:
*Ensure a seamless and personalized guest experience from pre-arrival to post-departure.
*Resolve guest issues with efficiency and empathy, ensuring repeat business and a strong online reputation.
Sales, Marketing & Business Development.
*Develop and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and partnerships to drive occupancy and profitability.
*Conduct market research to anticipate trends and identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership & Staff Training:
*Manage and mentor junior and senior staff, creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
*Develop structured onboarding and training programs to upskill staff and align them with company values and standards.

Finance & Administration:
*Monitor budgets, control expenditures, and contribute to financial reporting and analysis.
*Manage administrative duties including record-keeping, bookkeeping, scheduling, and diary coordination.
*Apply advanced administrative skills to maintain smooth internal operations.

Transportation & Logistics:
*Coordinate guest transfers, airport shuttles, and activity transportation with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Required Experience & Skills:
*10+ years of professional experience in hospitality & tourism operations
*Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management
*Proven leadership experience as a Hotel Manager in guesthouse, lodge, or boutique hotel environments
*Strong understanding of reservations systems, guest services, sales & marketing, and accounting
*Excellent knowledge of property maintenance, vendor management, and logistics coordination
*Ability to manage under pressure, prioritize workloads, and maintain a calm, logical approach
*Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and guest-handling skills
*Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
*Valid Driver’s License
