We're on the hunt for a cafe assistant to join our team at Cafe 360. Key tasks for this role will involve preparing and serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organised cafe space. You will be greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and addressing customer concerns. You will prepare a range of hot drinks and basic food items, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained. Barista skills are desired, but not essential. Throughout the day, you will maintain the cleanliness of the café and front-of-house, including tables and equipment. The ideal candidate will display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being able to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner. Basic knowledge of food preparation is required, with the ability to make a variety of hot drinks desirable. Experience in a similar role is required.
