Exciting Opportunity – Trainer (Health & Social Care).
Join the TopCare Group Training Team.
TopCare has been accredited by TQUK as a training centre and we are expanding and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to join our training division.
Requirements: Hold an RQF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or equivalent). Hold an RQF Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or equivalent).Proven experience in management within Health and Social Care.Experience in delivering training to care professionals.
Desirable: IQA qualification (Internal Quality Assurer).
Details: Full-time role – Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible hours may be available).Based at our Training Centre in Douglas – 10 Hawarden Avenue. Competitive salary and excellent working environment.
