The role supports the development and implementation of a group-wide monitoring and testing framework across multiple regulated B2C and B2B gaming operators, including conducting compliance monitoring and testing of 1LOD activities such as onboarding, screening, risk assessments, and CDD. The position also provides backup to the Compliance Team during absences or peak workloads, assists in creating policies, procedures, system controls, and training programmes, and contributes to group reporting, risk management activities, and regulator requests. Additional responsibilities include supporting ad-hoc tasks related to licensing, audits, and thematic reviews.
Skills required:
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a regulated entity (IoM FSA or IoM GSC) and possess strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and sanctions and PEP screening. Experience with online gambling regulations across multiple jurisdictions, as well as an understanding of data protection and safer gambling requirements, is advantageous. The role requires a proactive, professional, and resilient individual with excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the capacity to manage tasks independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams. An ICA qualification in Financial Crime Prevention, AML, or an equivalent certification is desirable.
