Due to continued growth at our Isle of Man site, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team.
As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects from conception through completion, applying advanced problem-solving and project management techniques to deliver innovative, reliable, and efficient process and system improvements. This is a senior-level role requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on technical expertise.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. They will also mentor and support other engineers and technicians, contributing to the ongoing development of the department.
We require the successful candidate to have excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, and to be proficient in the use of engineering and office software applications, including MS Project.
Experience required:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant project or engineering leadership experience, ideally supported by a BS degree in an engineering discipline. Candidates with knowledge of CNC equipment, Lean methodologies, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle will be at an advantage.
