Our client is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to support the Head of Compliance in managing the team and maintaining a robust compliance framework. The role includes acting as MLRO, receiving and assessing reports of suspected money laundering, making disclosures to relevant authorities, and maintaining required registers. You will also serve as Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Key responsibilities include conducting client risk assessments, monitoring compliance in key areas, reviewing and enhancing policies and procedures, and reporting to directors. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ senior compliance experience, ideally with MLRO responsibilities, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, integrity, and discretion.
