Our client is seeking an experienced administrator with a solid background in life assurance, particularly in customer due diligence, withdrawals, surrender processing, and regulatory compliance; Vet and process customer payment requests, ensuring all KYC/AML requirements and fraud-prevention controls are fully satisfied. Accurately raise and execute payments within agreed service levels. Liaise with Financial Advisers and customers to obtain outstanding information or documentation.
