Description of Services:
Responsible for processing customer orders- from initial enquiries, to quotes, purchase orders and sales invoices.
Sales related:
Provide professional, accurate, and timely (<24hr) responses to enquiries from clients.
Monitor incoming emails from clients and internal staff with goal of first-time resolution or routing/escalating to appropriate person for resolution.
Produce accurate and timely quotes and invoices for clients within 24hrs of receiving production details from the factory.
Develop and maintain accurate client profiles and product SKUs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on sample and display products to support client marketing processes.
Develop, record, and manage all special documentation required by clients including but not limited to special labelling, packaging or Installation instructions and compliance markings and labels.
Purchase related:
Review and verify order information, production and shipping points to ensure 100% accuracy.
Prepare and process customer orders.
Maintained daily production logs and reports.
Liaise with the factory to establish manufacturing lead-time and container loading.
Produce purchase orders and monitor their production timeline by the factory.
Maintain open communication lines with others to ensure accurate and timely.
