Our client seeks a Fund Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance of fund accounting and shareholder records in an accurate and timely manner. Reconciliation of investment portfolios and bank account balances. Preparation of net asset value reports for clients. Preparation of annual/interim financial statements. Processing of manual and online payment instructions. Maintenance of client and investor due diligence records in accordance with AML/CFT legislation. Processing investor share dealing instructions. Liaising with clients and investors in a professional manner, by telephone and in writing. Key Skills and Experience: 3 A Levels, or 5 GCSEs at grade B or above, or equivalent. Previous experience and knowledge in fund administration or accountancy would be beneficial. Understanding of double-entry bookkeeping. Experience with PFS-PAXUS accounting software. Understanding of the principles of the AML/CFT Code. Knowledge of basic types of investments. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. External and internal training will be supported and encouraged. Good communication, both written and verbal. Accuracy and good attention to detail. Ability to organise, prioritise and work to customer deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to build good relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties.
