We are looking for an enthusiastic Fund Administrator to support the growth of our clients expanding investment services team. The role involves maintaining fund accounting and shareholder records, reconciling portfolios and bank accounts, preparing NAV reports and financial statements, and processing payments and investor dealing instructions. You will maintain due diligence records in line with AML/CFT requirements and liaise professionally with clients and investors.
Applicants should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to organise and prioritise work effectively. An understanding of bookkeeping, AML/CFT principles, or investment products is beneficial but not essential. Training and development will be fully supported, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in fund administration.
