Although we strive to achieve great quality patient care we do not seek to achieve this by QOF on the Isle of Man. Local negotiations have ensured the implementation of a Primary Care Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service in 2019. This forms part of the long term larger package of Contract reform for general medical practice from 2020 to 2024, enabling greater provision of proactive, personalised and a more integrated health and social care organisation.
