The Department for Enterprise is the only endorsing body in the Isle of Man for the Business Migrant route as prescribed in Appendix X of the Isle of Man Immigration Rules. The Department is responsible for issuing a Letter of Endorsement in support of the Business Migrant’s visa application following an assessment of the proposed business ventures in accordance with the Department’s Endorsement Policy in force at the time of the application.
All Business Migrants must obtain a Letter of Endorsement from the Department before making a visa application under the Business Migrant Route.
Business Migrants should refer to Appendix X of the Isle of Man Immigration Rules and the Department's Endorsement Policy prior to submitting an application for a Letter of Endorsement.
