Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervising front-of-house staff across breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night trading. Managing customer service standards and guest complaints. Opening and closing procedures. Cash handling and reconciliation. Staff training, coaching and performance management. Managing bookings, events and large group reservations. Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety and food hygiene requirements. Supporting management with stock control and labour management.

Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant, hotel or hospitality venue.
Experience managing teams of 15+ staff. Experience of EPOS systems and cash management procedures. Strong written and spoken English. Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Ability to work under pressure during major events and peak trading periods.

Desirable: Personal licence or licensing law experience. Experience within a venue serving 1,000+ customers per week. Experience supervising both restaurant and bar operations. Experience of staff recruitment and training.
