Would you like to join our team as a full-time Maintenance Fitter?
Our Fitter will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of plant, machinery and equipment at all Island Aggregates locations.
This role involves planned preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and contributing to the continuous improvement in reliability and efficiency across our locations. A high level of Health & Safety awareness is required, as is the ability maintain accurate records and work closely with production teams and external contractors.
We are keen to hear both from experienced fitters and those early in their career who are keen to learn and develop.
We offer a competitive rate of pay, dependent on experience. A fully fitted-out company maintenance van is also provided for this role. In addition, we offer the following benefits:
