Able Homecare Limited is looking to recruit caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team as Overnight Community Support Workers. This rewarding role involves providing support to adults within their own homes during the night, helping them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Duties may include assisting with personal care, supporting mobility, administering or prompting medication where required, monitoring wellbeing, responding to individual needs, and providing reassurance and companionship.
We are seeking individuals who have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Previous care experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. Applicants should be able to work independently, demonstrate reliability and professionalism, and be committed to delivering high-quality person-centred care.
