Role Description:
Trilogy Limited is currently seeking a part-time Bookkeeper. Based in Douglas, with flexibility for some remote work, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, daily posting of invoices, reconciling bank statements and accounts, assisting with month end and quarter end reporting and supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks, contributing to the overall success and continued growth of the company.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proven bookkeeping experience .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Quickbooks would be an advantage, but not essential.
Prior experience in a similar role within the Yachting & Aviation sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
What we offer:
Part-time hours: we are looking for someone to work 25-30 hours per week (typically between 9.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday).
