The main purpose is to ensure compliant operations, thereby preventing operational losses, fines, penalties, or reputational damage to the organisation, and enhancing its competitive advantage. This position is based in the Isle of Man and is not open to relocation or sponsorship; only candidates with residency and the right to work in the Isle of Man will be considered. The successful candidate will lead a functional team of Compliance resources, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and developments relevant to the banking environment. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with country regulators and stakeholders.
