We are looking for a Compliance & Risk Supervisor to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team. This role would suit someone with previous experience in compliance and risk management within a regulated financial services environment in the Isle of Man, and will provide opportunities to develop and apply GRC knowledge in practice. The role will involve compliance testing and monitoring; Risk Assessment and reporting; regulatory reporting and correspondence; strengthening measures and controls; promoting the compliance culture; horizon scanning activity; maintaining the Governance, Risk and Compliance frameworks; policy development; preparation of reports to Senior Management.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification in governance, risk and/or compliance e.g. CGI or ICA (or equivalent), have previous experience in compliance and risk management in an IOM TCSP, and have a good knowledge of the Isle of Man regulatory requirements.
