Comis Hotel & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of our Housekeeping Department.
The successful candidate will supervise housekeeping and laundry staff, coordinate daily cleaning activities, inspect completed work to ensure high standards, assist with staff training and development, monitor stock levels, and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a housekeeping, hospitality, or supervisory role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safe working practices
The role requires flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends, bank holidays, and additional hours during busy periods and events.
