Our client seeks a Temporary Administrator to assist their team on a 3 month contract. Role Profile: This role plays a key part in delivering administrative and technical functions within the Team. You will be expected to provide a high quality of customer service to all clients, internal and external and will be responsible for the processing of invoices; maintaining the Registers; and provide supervision to the Support Services Administrative Assistant. Key Requirements: Relevant experience in an administrative role within a finance related, customer-based environment Have experience of dealing with and answering customer enquiries. You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to use your own initiative, and work with discretion.
