The Customer Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Growth Accounts. The focus of the role is to build strong customer relationships, understand each customer’s needs, and identify opportunities to improve and expand their services over time. Working within structured processes and clear commercial frameworks, you will deliver a consistent, high?quality customer experience that supports retention and revenue growth.
