We’re looking for a Production Technician to join our team and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality chromatography products that support important scientific and commercial outcomes.

This role will be a Fixed Term Contract.
You’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, helping ensure our products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include - Manufacturing chromatography products, intermediates, and base materials - Following established SOPs and production methods with precision - Recording production data accurately and maintaining detailed documentation - Carrying out on-line quality control checks and identifying any anomalies early - Supporting process optimisation and improvement initiatives - Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, safe working environment.
You’ll also contribute to - Improving processes and maximising yields - Writing and updating SOPs and production methods - Sharing knowledge and supporting the development of colleagues.
We’re looking for someone who is practical, detail-focused, and proactive, with a genuine interest in laboratory-based manufacturing.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are - A strong team player with good communication skills - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail -
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - A natural problem solver who can spot issues early - Able to follow processes accurately while also contributing ideas for improvement.
Desirable experience - Degree in a scientific discipline - Experience in regulated manufacturing (ideally chemical or similar environments) - Familiarity with laboratory equipment and processes.
This is a hands-on, laboratory-based role where no two days are quite the same. You can expect - A physically active role involving standing, lifting, and equipment operation - A structured environment with a strong focus on quality and safety - 24/7 shift patterns supporting continuous operations
