Senior Yachting and Aviation Administrator

This is an opportunity to join our client's specialist team administering complex corporate and trust ownership structures for ultra-high net worth individuals with superyachts and private aircraft. You will manage a varied and interesting portfolio day to day, building relationships with clients, family offices, and professional advisers across multiple jurisdictions, whilst handling yacht and aircraft registrations, reviewing sale and purchase agreements, charter contracts and supplier invoices, and ensuring all vessel records are maintained to the highest standard. Compliance, periodic file reviews and adherence to regulatory requirements will all form part of your responsibilities, as will actively nurturing and deepening client relationships and representing the business with professionalism and enthusiasm. To be considered, you will need at least three to four years' experience within the CSP industry, along with solid knowledge of tax and VAT compliance. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator, equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with the resilience to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
