To join our busy team on a wide range of interesting construction projects. The role will involve the preparation of early cost estimates, development of cost plans, Bills of Quantity measurement using digital measurement systems, undertaking periodic site visits, validation of Contractors monthly payment applications, cost control and forecasting. Applicant sound knowledge of JCT and NEC suites of contracts and hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent construction related qualifications.
