Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organisation's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role plays a key part in compliance obligations and financial performance while providing leadership to the finance function and supporting the wider business in achieving its objectives, contributing to the overall financial management of the group’s 50+ companies across the UK and Isle of Man.
We're looking for someone who has:
ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification. Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance. Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills. Experience with Xero or VT+ (desirable).
