Salisbury Street Nursing Home are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our friendly team in our nursing home. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a positive difference in the lives of older adults, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards. Monitor residents' health and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Supervise and support care staff to promote the highest standards of care.
Requirements: Current Registered Nurse qualification and valid registration. Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A caring, patient-focused approach with a commitment to dignity and respect.
