Building Services Compliance & Water Hygiene Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Services Compliance & Water Hygiene Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be required to possess knowledge of HVAC systems, building services engineering, water hygiene management, and legionella compliance within commercial, industrial, healthcare, and public sector environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical expertise in building services maintenance, ventilation design, water systems management, and regulatory compliance to play a key role in ensuring the safety, performance, and efficiency of critical building infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Work within a team to maintain compliance of hot and cold-water systems in accordance with current legislation and industry guidance. Conduct legionella risk control activities including temperature monitoring, sampling, inspections, and auditing. Oversee cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of water systems. Support the management team with the design, operation, maintenance, and optimisation of HVAC and ventilation systems. Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, including Parts L and F. Provide technical advice on mechanical and electrical building services. Support management teams with planned preventative maintenance strategies for building services systems. Investigate system performance issues and recommend remedial actions.
Produce technical reports, compliance documentation, and management summaries.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure best practice and compliance standards are maintained.
