Our client seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join their Change Department for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will define business requirements, ways of working and governance needed to ensure Microsoft 365 (including Copilot and SharePoint Online) deliver measurable value across the Company. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation or enterprise tooling programmes. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their business use cases. Experience in defining business processes, governance, operating models and requirements. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including working with business champions and senior leaders. Ideally have exposure to Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-enabled business tools. Experience with Azure Cloud or DevOps would be desirable.
