Homecare Support Worker - Live In

To deliver person centred care to older adults living in their own homes. The work includes assisting with personal hygiene, medication management, washing and dressing, eating and drinking as well as monitoring client wellbeing for two weeks live in arrangement. Applicants must be empathetic and able to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Competitive rates per hour. Must be a car driver as client requires to be driven out for social activities and be totally reliable and trustworthy (Enhanced DBS checks are necessary for this vacancy). Please note: we are unable to accept applicants who do not live on the IOM. Two weeks on and two weeks off (these can be used to work on hourly calls in the community).
