Our client seeks a Data Operations & Intelligence Manager to join their team. Role Profile: To manage the Group data lakes, management information and business intelligence systems, designing databases, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with privacy and security regulations. To bridge the gap between technical IT teams and business managers by transforming raw data into actionable intelligence, ensuring the organisation's data is accurate, secure and effectively managed to support business decision making. Key Skills and Experience: Educated to degree level in IT, Computer Science or statistical methods, with relevant experience. 3+ years in similar role. Experience analysing complex data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions. Proven experience in a similar role. Manage and develop a small, high performing data team, including mentoring, 1:1s and continuous improvement initiatives. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
