We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Talent professional to join our Isle of Man HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment, talent and employee development initiatives across the business, helping to deliver an exceptional experience for both candidates and employees.

Working closely with managers, colleagues and our UK Talent Acquisition team, you'll support a wide range of activities across the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning, development and talent programmes. No two days will be the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.

We're looking for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great service. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Previous experience within an HR, Talent Acquisition or recruitment environment is essential, while a CIPD qualification would be advantageous.

If you're a proactive problem-solver who enjoys making a positive impact and wants to develop your career within a supportive and collaborative HR team, we'd love to hear from you.
