Community Support Worker

We are looking for support workers to support individuals in their own homes. The role consists of supporting people with personal hygiene, medication, meal prep, companionship, shopping etc. You must be passionate about supporting vulnerable people and have empathy and be of a caring nature. You do not need any previous experience to work in this role as we offer an induction and training to meet the needs of our clients.
You will be required to hold a current valid driving licence and access to a vehicle and be required to travel across the island to meet the needs of the service. You will also be required to be flexible, working weekends and bank holidays between the hours of 07:45 - 21:00.
