Our client seeks an experienced and driven and FATCA/CRS Assistant Manager to join their team. This is an important role where you'll support the full AEOI (Automatic Exchange of Information) reporting lifecycle, from analysing and validating data to preparing submissions and responding to technical queries from across the business. Working closely with colleagues in Compliance, Tax, and Operations, you'll help ensure reporting obligations are met accurately and on time. If you're looking to grow your career in international tax compliance within financial services, while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, this role will give you both exposure and progression. **This role can be based in isle of Man, Guernsey or Jersey**. Key Skills and Experience: Advanced degree or relevant professional certification in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role within fiduciary or financial services. Minimum 3+ years' experience in AEOI / FATCA / CRS or related tax reporting roles. Strong understanding of global tax and regulatory frameworks. Experience with reporting platforms, XML schema, and automation tools. Experience in data analysis, validation, and manipulation (Excel, SQL or similar).
