Assistant Receptionist.
Comis Hotel & Golf Resort – Santon, Isle of Man.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Assistant Receptionist to join our Reception team.
You will assist with guest check-in and check-out, manage reservations and enquiries, answer telephone calls, and help deliver an exceptional 4-star guest experience.
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Is organised, professional and enjoys working with people.
Has good computer skills and a willingness to learn.
Is flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
Working Hours: Full time, permanent, 40 hours per week.
