Key Responsibilities
* Operate commercial washing, drying, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
* Sort, wash, dry, fold, and prepare laundry to a high standard.
* Work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment while meeting daily targets and deadlines.
* Inspect laundry for quality, stains, and damage, ensuring excellent presentation.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area.
* Follow all health, safety, and infection control procedures.
* Handle laundry in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Assist with loading, unloading, and packing customer orders.
* Report equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly.
