Our client seeks an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team. Role Profile: Based in the Douglas office, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. Key Responsibilities: Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition. Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reportsMaintain internal controls and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processesLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and corporate service providers. Manage a team. Take care of collection. Maintain relationships with banks. Oversee financial systems and recommend improvements where necessary. Key Skills & Experience: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial controller or a similar role. Experience in digital marketing, media, or iGaming industries is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting. Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) and Excel. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure.
