To oversee and manage the daily operations of onboarding operations teams, driving optimal performance and delivery of an
exceptional onboarding experience for clients that embodies world-class operational standards.
Manage the onboarding process by ensuring the accurate capturing of transaction details to enable the generation of agreements and / or contracts and the preparation of guarantees within laid down procedures. Guide the accurate loading of agreements and / or contracts within turnaround time as well as validating the payment amounts to be processed by Payments team to ensure accuracy and no losses to SBG.
Identify, manage and control areas of risk. Communicate, enforce and provide input to procedure, process, policy and risk documents to ensure proper controls are in place to mitigate risk and optimise regulatory compliance. Mitigate risk and Financial loses through vetting of client onboarding executed by Onboarding teams and validating the payment amounts to be processed.
Responsible for the overall performance, productivity and quality of work of the team through managing and prioritising the work and guiding team members to achieve all targets and goals. Manage and guide the team in all Onboarding functions, ensuring customer service levels SLA’s are met and financial losses and risks mitigated.
Understand and assess the risks associated with Out of SLA functions and maintain an effective system of control to ensure effective management of available resources.
Manage the vetting and verification of clients process to ensure clients are cleared to be onboarded and transacting with SBG products.
