Governance & Strategic Partnerships Manager

The Governance & Strategic Partnerships Manager will play a key role in supporting the Company's continued international growth by strengthening internal governance, operational controls and strategic partnerships.Working closely with the Directors and senior management team, the successful candidate will support the development and continuous improvement of governance and compliance frameworks, coordinate due diligence and onboarding activities, assist with the delivery of strategic business projects, and help develop relationships with international partners and professional advisers. The role combines governance, operational oversight and international stakeholder engagement to support the Company's long-term growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Applicants must demonstrate:
Degree or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Audit, Compliance, Governance or a related discipline.
Significant experience in governance, compliance, audit, financial controls or regulatory reporting.
Significant experience working in governance, compliance or operational management within an international organisation or other complex multi-stakeholder environment.
Experience developing or supporting governance frameworks, compliance reporting and risk management processes.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail.
