Finance Manager - Enterprise (CIIM)

To drive the role forward, the individual will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for our Enterprise Business Unit, partnering closely with business leaders to provide financial insight that supports strategic decision-making, commercial growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with current membership of a recognised professional accounting body and proven experience in accounting and financial management within a commercial environment. They will possess strong financial modelling, analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful commercial insights. A high level of proficiency in Excel, financial systems and wider IT applications is essential. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling them to present financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial audiences. They will be an energetic, proactive and enthusiastic individual with strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence, motivate and support others.
