Crossroads are looking for care practitioners who have the versatility to support people with care needs across a broad spectrum either in a group setting, one to one out in the community or in client's own homes.
Qualifications and experience preferred but not strictly necessary as personality is key and training will be given.
Applicants should be able to drive and have access to their own car as clients can be based anywhere in the island.
Hours are dependent on the needs of the clients and can include early morning, evenings and weekends.
Guaranteed hours - part time and full time contracts are available.
The successful applicant will be required to do an enhanced DBS check, at their own expense, before employment can commence.
