This role is a permanent position based in the Risk & Compliance department, operating in a hybrid workplace structure. The successful candidate will become a vital member of the Centralised Functions Assurance Team, focusing primarily on maintaining and managing the Screening and Compliance Monitoring Programme of the Private Capital Services. Key responsibilities include assisting with conducting second line of defence, risk-based monitoring activities across all areas of the Private Capital Services business according to the Compliance Monitoring Programme. The individual will evaluate internet research and screening outputs, ensuring that testing aligns with compliance standards. Moreover, the role involves gathering evidence, drafting reports, and tracking testing outcomes, while maintaining an up-to-date understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The candidate will also adhere to Continued Professional Development (CPD) requirements and engage in relevant seminars and conferences. The role is essential in ensuring that compliance monitoring efforts remain aligned with business risk assessments across the jurisdictions.
