Senior Commercial Counsel

Our client looks for a Senior Commercial Counsel to join their Legal team Role Profile: In this role, you'll work as part of the in-house Legal team, supporting the business on a wide range of commercial and legal matters with a particular focus on technology, software licensing, online gaming and digital products. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, providing pragmatic legal advice, managing commercial negotiations, and helping the business navigate legal risk whilst supporting growth and innovation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive lawyer who enjoys combining strong technical legal expertise with a commercial and solutions-focused mindset. Key Skills and Experience: Qualified Solicitor or Advocate. Excellent drafting, negotiation and contract review skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure. Ability to prioritise competing workloads and manage tight deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive and capable of taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a team. Desirable - Experience within the online gaming, sports betting, technology or digital sectors. Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Knowledge of software licensing, digital rights, e-commerce or related technology-focused legal matters. Experience supporting international businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.
