Restructuring Advisory Manager

Our client seeks a Restructuring Advisory Manager to join their team. You will work on a wide range of assignments across both advisory and formal engagements. You will take a lead role in managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including, liquidations, receiverships, CVL's and MVL's ensuring statutory compliance whilst being responsible for stakeholder engagement throughout. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases. Managing multiple priorities and leading teams across concurrent projects. Supervise case progression and ensure compliance with insolvency legislation. Draft high-quality reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders including directors, creditors, legal advisors, accountants and agents. Undertake investigations into financial and legal matters. Manage team members and contribute to colleague development. Contribute to internal training, process improvement, and technical updates. Strong ability to delegate, review work and provide technical guidance to team members. Ability to balance high-level analysis with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues, assess risks and develop practical solutions. Commercial awareness with the ability to identify client needs and business development opportunities. Key Skills and Experience: Degree educated. A Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/ICAS) and/or relevant professional qualification. Experience in managing insolvency and advisory cases. Technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures. Excellent report-writing skills. Capable of managing competing priorities and delivering under pressure. Astute and commercially minded.
